LOCI’s big plan

This is  a presentation about LOCI — the Laser and Optical Communications Institute at the University of Dayton — which used to be on their web site.  They took it down after I asked Joe Haus what kind of weapon that is exactly on page 14 (looks like a Predator, I said, but I’m no expert). 

The timing of its removal was probably just a coincidence . . . anyway, I found it elsewhere on the intertubes.

And remember, folks, at UD the military applications come first (page 15).
